We operate on a first come, first served basis - we don't offer appointments

Bring any relevant documents with you - you'll have to come back if you don't have them with you

Some days are busier than others - for example, Monday mornings are normally busy

We have street level access to our large waiting area

We also have a minicom, portable induction loop and a large lift to all floors of our building
